I’m an SAP CPI Consultant with 3.5 YOE. I have an offer from Capgemini at 12 LPA (11.6 fixed) and an ongoing HR round with Deloitte India. Deloitte is offering 13.5 CTC (12 fixed) and says 12 LPA fixed is the maximum given for this role.

Need your advice:

1. What's the average package for 3.5 YOE?
2. How much can I negotiate?
3. Which is better for growth and learning—Capgemini or Deloitte?

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

Today i got my variable bonus of 10k, i get 59k inhand every month in which 2k gets deducted as tax, today along with the bonus of 10k I got 67k inhand and tax deducted is 4.5k. I'm kinda lost. Can someone pls explain y this?
