I am working in Wipro. My base and preferred location is Hyderabad. During interview process I said I can't relocate to any other state. They said OK. It's been 1.4 years now they are asking me to relocate again. Really I am not willing to move due to family concerns. Unable to decide how to proceed with this in the current situation. Not sure Resignation or release from the current project works. Could you please advise?

Told this FL gig will pay $100-150/hr. Interviewed, client loves me, wants me next week. Then told it's $100/hr. Wtf? Why even give range? And what to do?

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Hello Fishes, is it common for wipro to extend the doj. Somone i came across his doj was changed from august to october.

I have got an addendum letter from Wipro today stating that my date of Joining has been extended by 45 days. My joining was in mid August. I have 2 options to Accept or Reject the addendum.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
