Like is there any key things you look at during interview?

I was just wondering is there a some sort of point scoring system or it's perception of interviewer on whether you pass or not. Thanks!

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Feels like consulting haven’t grown my skills. With two years being an analyst and recently promoted to consultant, I cannot apply to any positions outside as I haven’t learnt anything.

Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer. Driving now too ends up hurting :(
