I recently got offer letter from ibm and before signing it I want to check few things.
The doj mentioned is 4 days before my lwd in current organisation. Also they havent properly mentioned about the variable pay. So I have added a comment in the document. Now should I wait for them to revise and share the document or should I sign it and later they can change it. I checked with my recruiter and she said that this is not the final one. You will get the final offer letter once you sign it.
