Working is risk advisory in big 4. If i want to switch within Big4 itself how much hike should i expect ?

I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp. I've said I'll think about it and hope they raise the offer again.
Should I not consider this at all if they don't at least match my base? I have been aiming for £70k-£80k when looking at new jobs

I tried to get an agency to tell me the salary they have in mind (any tips on how to get them to throw out a number first?)

They replied: "the salaries will be in line with market rate ranges in New York City for the respective full-time roles."

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?

I switched to my current organization a year ago.( My first switch) I didn't negotiate as I had 3 months notice period and my salary was too low. I thought I can switch again after a year as job market was goodr. But now I see very less opening and the market is getting back to where it was before.
