Could be the resume is doing more talking about your projects than the actual keywords recruitters are filtering for. On embedded roels, i’ve seen people with decent STM32/FreeRTOS stuff still get skipped because the resume doesn’t mirror the job post enough, or the bullets are too feature-listy and not impact-y.
I’d tighten it into 1 page if you can, and make sure each project has 2-3 bullets with what you built, what protocol/device was used, and any result like latency, power draw, timing, error handling, etc. Also for fresher roles, salary can swing a lot based on city + company size, so interviews matter more than trying to guess one exact number upfront.
If you want a quick sanity check, I’d run it through something like Redume-Jugde or even compare it against 2-3 real firmware JDs and see which keywords are missing. Tiny thing people miss: if your BMS project doesn’t say whether it was coulomb counting, cell balancing, or protection logic, that can make a huge difference.
