Honest question: do you actually use your brand purpose in your day-to-day work? Ours is poetic and lovely (“unlocking potential through innovation”), but I have never once referred to it while making a content plan. Is that normal, or am I missing the point of the whole thing?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink?
