Caveat: I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice.
Depends on your contract. If you have a probation period, typically, most contracts state that you can terminate the contract with 1 week's notice. So whatever is in the contract you can follow that.
My understanding is that Fair Work provides a minimum framework, not a maximum one. So if your contract says 4 weeks even during probation, then I suspect that's the overriding condition.
