I got 50% hike in Infosys however in accenture, I got 20% mid year hike and 30% hike promise in Dec'22 to match Infosys. Should i stay in Accenture or move to Infy? which company is better?

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
