How bgv conducted wrt PF in tier 1,2 & 3 firms.I'm in a startup since 2020 since its inception back then we were only 10 employees, so they didn't opt for PF. In 2024 they joined PF so DOJ for everyone in their UAN would be 01/04/2024,but monthly PF contribution was not paid till now.Form 16 is also not present.How to convey this to the company when im attending interview and when to convey. while scheduling L1 or After L3 before releasing offer letter or after joining the company

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make.
