How bgv conducted wrt PF in tier 1,2 & 3 firms.I'm in a startup since 2020 since its inception back then we were only 10 employees, so they didn't opt for PF. In 2024 they joined PF so DOJ for everyone in their UAN would be 01/04/2024,but monthly PF contribution was not paid till now.Form 16 is also not present.How to convey this to the company when im attending interview and when to convey. while scheduling L1 or After L3 before releasing offer letter or after joining the company

I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.

I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
