How can i get an interview at google?

I have multiple years strategy & analytics consulting experience, although in healthcare industry, but have found a strat & ops analyst role at Google which I’d very much like to transition. I think functionally i’d be a very good fit even without industry background. I’ve gotten referrals before but that has not helped at all to get an interview.

Any advise?
