Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. For Genpact have to go to office regular where’s centric is WFH.

Hi Fishes, I have received an offer for the role of Senior Manager (Accountant) from Congnizant for 20LPA (66% higher than current CTC) & Flexible Work Location. I'm already due for promotion in my current organization which gives me 20% hike from July 2022. If I consider this hike. Cognizant offer 20LPA is 38% increase. Should I ask more from Cognizant? Could you please tell your review about Cognizant - Pros & Cons (what you feel)?

I joined Genpact 10 days ago and my Onboarding session is done but after that I didn't get any call from my supervisor or HR for the laptop delivery, shift timings nd all. When I am trying to connect with my HR and Supervisor through email, they are not replying and hiring manager is not picking up the call.

Is it normal, or any action in required from my side, or something need to be worried?
