My team finally got invited to product strategy meetings and the amount of brand damage we could’ve prevented if we’d been looped in from the start is staggering. Confusing naming, clashing messaging, visuals that break our entire system… we’ve spent months patching things that could’ve been solved with a 30-minute convo up front. Now that we’re in the room, things are better, but I can’t help wondering how others made this happen earlier.

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink?
