How do I ask for a raise since I do a lot more work than it is necessary. I'm a full time head cashier and many of the other cashiers from other stores call me to help them and I do it. Is it bad that I'd like to have a raise?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more.
