Give a good amount of notice and be polite and respectful. That's all you can really do. There's no point in staying somewhere just out of feelings of guilt and obligation, it's business, not personal.
I think as long as you give a reasonable notice, they will understand. Switching jobs is a part of life and I'm sure they'll understand that.

I just think transparency is the best way to go. Just inform whoever is necessary and hope they’re reasonable about it!

I think if you have a good relationship, they should all understand that you need to find a better opportunity for yourself
It’s nothing personal it’s just business. We’re all numbers in the eyes of upper management. Get out while you can. We need nurses all over don’t be afraid to make a change. I changed my job after 21 years of dedication.
