How do Recruiters feel about boomerang employees?I have heard many places that have hired back individuals that have left multiple times as long as they were high performers and circumstances around them leaving were due to other issues (toxic boss that is no longer there or company has new leadership as examples).

I’ve boomeranged twice. 🤣 I like both companies I have boomeranged with. One I left pregnant and not wanting FT public hours. Came back PT and only finally left due to hubs audit-sensitive job good stock we didn’t want to sell. The other I left due to cancer. YOLO. I am still alive, so I rejoined. 🥳 Recruiters loved an easy rehire and old coworkers love me because they get referral bonuses. I wouldn’t mention a toxic boss or new leadership as the reason. The public hours are the best “reason” IMO.

I firmly believe leadership makes the difference.

Not only, it highlins each one's value, but especially spreads this value among others.

My utilization held pretty steady around 50% immediately after shutdown, but August was below 15 billables with no appreciable work in the pipeline. Aside from letting people know I'm available and doing pro-bono/CLE, it's starting to feel like a serious "covidcation" leading to termination.
