I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

To do lists, color coded by priority level. Red for needs immediate attention, blue for don't put off too long, and black for it needs to be done when time allows.
I also separate emails into folders by priority.
Something else im working on is delegating the tasks I can. Trusting that the people who work for me can handle it or know when they need to come back for guidance.
I've only been in management for 3 months. I'm also 2 months away from finishing a Masters in Healthcare Informatics. Life is very busy.
Remind yourself that you are 1 person and you are doing your best...someday that might mean accomplishing 1 thing and someday it might mean just making the lists.

I try to make sure I get enough off days as I can and I try to not focus on anything work related on those days! I think separating my work and personal life is a big help.
