How do you all kick the caffeine habit? I usually hit a massive wall around 3:00 PM, and my historic solution has been to head straight to the office espresso machine for a double shot. I’m tired of being sluggish but I know my usual solution isn’t the best option either.

Cold turkey or switch to tea for a bit.

I make tropical green tea (Harney & Sons) and put it over ice. At home I add lemon/lime slices and sip on it all day. Refreshing, has caffeine and antioxidants benefits.

What time do you have your morning coffee? Try delaying that time so you have first cup by 10/10:30. That’ll give you runway to last till end of day. At least it worked for me.

Wegovy has broken my caffeine addiction. Can’t even finish a cup of coffee anymore.

I go for a brisk walk instead. Tends to wake me up.

When this was me, I was Vitamin D deficient. Also more water.

Wavering between tired and happy. Finally getting my stamina back post covid. I've walked 10 miles in the past week. Pre covid I was walking between 2 and 4 miles a day. But I can tell I'm still not 100 percent. I'm so tired in the evenings. Hopefully that will fade the next couple of weeks.

Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle.
