Can anyone refer me in Accenture ?
Hi fellow fishies!
Can someone please explain what is “SUPPLEMENTARY allowance” in my payslip??? It is the highest in my entire payslip, more than basic salary. Basic is lets say ₹7 lac annually and supplementary bonus is ₹7 lac 40 thousand.
Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Micromanage back, pre-emptively send detailed emails daily with your tasks in the morning and an email at night with accomplishments for the day. Make it a point to put this all in writing.
I suppose one option is to just live with it. Being micromanaged for 15 minutes or less in the morning isn't the worst thing. Or if it's during the 16th minute, that Parts optional in a standup and I would just leave with an Irish goodbye. People only have the power over you that you give them.
Good opportunity to learn to use NVC (non-violent communication). Tell them what you observe them doing, how it makes you feel, what need of yours is not being met and make a specific request of them to break out of the annoying dynamic while meeting both of your needs. Guessing you need them to trust you with your updates while they may need more assurance or data to cover all bases. They probably have no idea they are doing something that annoys you so badly. You may have no idea why they are doing what they are doing. I bet they are not trying to annoy you intentionally. Assume best intentions and dialogue openly.
yes yeah makes sense
They get promoted and I don’t.

I don’t know the details, but you choose whether they micromanage you or not.

This!
50% chance this person needs to chill. 50% chance you under communicate.
Yes I can relate because I have led teams, but I don’t think micromanaging would solve the under communication issue
Just stop responding
Yes I avoid but they do have the tendency to throw others under the bus when clients take part in meetings.
Look like you’re about to stab them with a pencil. People will think they’re crazy if they try to report it, so you don’t have to worry.
Are they your lead on the project?

Micromanage back
Or macromanage. Manage their intake of carbs, proteins, and fats.

If you aren't on the same project, how are they micromanaging you?

If you are the same level but different roles, politely thank them for their input but tell them to stay in their lane. I would probably say something like, "Your input is appreciated but unnecessary. I have a handle on what I'm doing."
If they’re a scrum master then this is like a daily but 15 minute problem, no? Doesn’t seem worth worrying about
A simple, “B!tch, you are not my boss” should suffice.
