How do you get ready for a second interview, especially one that’s scheduled to be an hour long? My first interview was with a recruiter for about 30 minutes and covered things like my personality, how I handle situations, and why I want to work there. They want me to come back in to interview with the execs, and I've never had more than one interview before. I’m a little nervous and not sure what to expect for round two. Any suggestions for how to prepare for a more detailed interview?

Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.

My doubt is till now I didn't received any mail from infosys. So this is scam or part of infosys interview process?

What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? I’m having a really hard time finding what a reasonable range would be. Most positions I’m applying to require desired salary in the application, and the truth is I’d accept anything north of 125k but don’t want to undersell myself and take a bigger cut than necessary coming from biglaw.
