How do you keep yourself from getting burnt out? My responsibilities keep ballooning and management doesn’t like hearing “no” or that I’m overcapacity right now. It’s making me extremely burnt out and I’d love some advice on how I could address it.

Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?

Just found out that end of the year I will be promoted from analyst directly to VP and since it’s such a large jump I’ll be the lowest paid VP in asset management at only $135k TC.
