Deep breaths. Take breaks when you need them. Remember decisions don’t have to be made on the spot. You can say let me get back to you, or I need to take a minute.
Find the pump room. 😬 Reserve it for a nap needed.
I worked from home a lot during both of my pregnancies
I had the worst pregnant rage. 3 situations I wish I could do over. It was either be mean or cry. I should have used more excuses to not go into the office for sure!
This was one of my biggest struggles! Deep breaths, lots of walks outside alone, lots of headphones on moments. No quick emails (a second read a few minutes later generally always found something I could word better). And when I was really struggling, I would say I had a migraine and go work from home.
