Do you have a regular general doctor/primary care physician that you see for yearly physicals? Many PCP’s will do these types of consultations and are able to administer tests (my regular doctor did, which was great since she already knew my medical history at length) or they can refer you to someone in the same office/practice to make it more convenient for you and your insurance. If you end up being diagnosed, be ready to talk a LOT about how you feel your life is going periodically and if things seem to be falling in and out of order. Medication for it is very regulated and to be taken seriously. I have follow-ups with my doctor every 3 months and we sit and talk in-depth about how I am doing. But once you find the right treatment for you, it can be absolutely life changing both professionally and personally to say the least. Best of luck!
I’m just guessing but perhaps a psychologist and psychiatrist consultation would be in order? See if you can get a referral through your primary care physician or through some service at your firm
^ this exactly. You can also use the EY concierge service and take advantage of the free sessions to assess whether you like the doctor or not
Go to a Psiquiatrist it is covered by the insurance
