Boxing/kickboxing is great cardio/strength.
I just think it's great to shift things up a bit anyways. I ran a lot for many years. I really just did it for the sake of being in shape not for any enjoyment.
I don't do that anymore and have replaced if with no real detriment. Your heart doesn't know the difference as long as you're in w.e. target range anyways.

how cold ? nothing wrong with running outside or running on the treadmill.
When I was jogging consistently it was fine and I have layers. My mental block with running in the morning is too strong. Currently I'm not working so any unnecessary expenses got to be in check.
Swimming
I wanted to do this but I live in Brooklyn and that would require a gym membership + covid restrictions makes it nearly impossible to find.

If you have an Apple Watch the fitness+ app offers a lot of great workouts.
I have a Garmin 35 thats great. I'm not great at peloton style self motivation I had a zoom personal trainer twice a week but now he's out of my current budget.
