Can we just write I regret to inform I won't be joining your company as I got a better opportunity..? Is this fine...? Please share how did you reject offers.

CBA offered more fixed and less variable compared to Accenture.
CTC comes around 45 LPA from both Accenture & CBA

Many might not (including me) be very good at DS/Algo but strong in domain knowledge, design patterns etc.

Thoughtworks is one such company two don't focus extremely on DS/Algo.
