You’d have to disclose to HR, or there might be an ethics hotline. Tough to be in that situation when you’ve done nothing wrong, but now have to figure out the best way for yourself to proceed.
That’s the issue. They won’t learn until they loose what others would love to have. Sometimes people learn the hard way. . .

That is tough especially in a small team, but if violations are occurring, management definitely needs to know. Protect your job
Tough question. Being Irish we were taught against being a, "lagger" but advancement in position, (as most Irish were discouraged from having professional license) obligates the supervisory role.
I usually address the issue with the individual directly first. Most often this will lead them to correction of their offensive behavior. If that doesn't work then I would discuss it with a supervisor privately.
Unless of course it's something that is very serious then I would just address it with a supervisor.
If you can not communicate with your supervisor the supervisor is toxic. I try to be a person who people feel comfortable talking with about private things without fear of retaliation.
This issue, of being Irish and dealing with lagging, has plagued me my whole career. Because we have been taught to be common and to support the common, but I am not common.
You know try to be friends with everyone, but then sometimes you can not because you are their supervisor.
