You don’t. You can ask questions to get a feel for whether or not you’ll be overworked. Describe what a typical week looks like, how the team handles tight deadlines, etc.

I think just being totally honest and saying maybe that you’ve realised how much you value work life balance. And if the company doesn’t like that then it probably won’t be the best place for you anyways!
I just talk about how I'm pursuing work-life balance and a company that will support that. They should know what you mean, and if they push back on that, they are probably going to have a terrible work-life balance as well.

Don’t mention it. When interviewers are asking why you left your prior job, it’s not what they’re actually asking. They really want to know if you are motivated to do well at their company. Talking about burnout just tells them you might not be ready for a new job yet
