How do you tell your boss and your boss's boss that you are resigning?

My firm has implemented a casual dress code through the end of the year and I’m hardcore judging everyone who is still dressing up when they come in. Who would voluntarily wear a suit or dress?

Out of my whole start class maybe 3 were diverse staff 1s in my office. There is no black leadership and it seems like no matter what i do no one wants to connect with me, it’s very discouraging.
