I count leisure time as a means to be productive. If I’m not a good friend, family member, and person in general, then that’s not very productive use of time. In order to be the best at those things and my job i need to be able to relax and enjoy why I’m working hard
As long as I'm not just on my phone scrolling through social media or watching videos, I think I am productive. I can work on a fun hobby, read a book, listen to a podcast, catch up with friends, exercise, etc. I do feel the need to have that more "productive" time though, as opposed to just lounging.
Any time spent mindfully and intentionally is productive time
Xbox achievements = productivity
Expect and forgive your slack. Slack is necessary and can even sometimes be a useful indicator for identifying unexpected values and preferences. You can't be productive or happy without it.
