I applied for a role last friday night n it got rejected by Saturday night. Looks like it was rejected by ATS system. In that case can anyone tell me how to beat the ATS system of Microsoft?
I did lots of research and found few tools like Resume worded, Rezi AI, zety.com etc. can help. But I am not sure of these tools can help.

Please suggest ways to tackle the ATS of Microsoft or any other company. Read to take paid service or use paid SAAS tool.

16 - Fixed & 45k variable component with 1Lakh joining bonus. I'm having 5.8 YOE working as Senior ACon with current CTC - 11lpa
I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. If you practice collections in-house, what do you earn and do you receive a bonus?

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating. I receive only a $1k bonus per year. Is my compensation fair? My last insurance defense gig was $75k.
