Going in the morning before work is the only way I can make it happen. I'm too tired after. And it's even harder to find the motivation with it already being dark by the time I leave for the day.
Looks like a lot of people work out in the morning. Do you think it's the same level as busy as the post work gym rush?
It can be hard but I go early in the mornings. I know if I don't do it first thing in the morning, I am not going to go after work. You have to find a schedule that works for you and then make yourself go.
It's hard for me to go in the morning. But I do know a few coworkers that work out at 4-5am

It is hard because at the end of the day you feel so wiped out but I do need to get back on track. You inspired me to get back on schedule
I feel like setting "mandatory" gym days is important. Just to keep the habit.
