I think ZS and Q are pretty much the same in terms of culture, WLB and exit opportunities.
WLB might be a bit more hectic in ZS from what I've found from the threads here. Q too depending on the projects. ZS can add a broader brand name, Q can reach there soon. Q can add more value to your 'BA' profile, but confirm the project and responsibilities first so you don't get stuck in a purely management role and attending calls without having even a bit of domain/technical hands-on.
So take a call accordingly. Q is indeed more money and in hometown so.

F1, also by saying "confirm on the projects and responsibilities first" I mean get that clarity from the hiring manager and then from the HR, like if you're being hired for a specific project or just being taken in and then assign to one depending on project bandwidth etc. So this tells you if you're gonna stay unassigned first and if so, for how long. Luckily in my case, I've been assigned.
You can assume you queries answer also as a variable X
Reason to not mention salary is to exclude that factor while deciding.
Anyway both of them offering 70%+ hike if that helps you to give an answer.
Hey buddy Quantiphie have good WLB and infact it gives good hike too. So go for it.
The Glassdoor reviews say that 12+hrs is a norm also ZS Associates will give me consulting experience though work hrs at zs is also on same lines. Did you work with quantiphi before?
One of my friend works at Quantiphi as ML Engineer. It is bit hectic sometimes. Same goes with ZS. But ZS would add value to your CV in terms of brand name.
Question out of context-
How much time does quanitphi recruitment team takes to release offer letter after all rounds are cleared ?
On their portal, my job status is “Offer initiated” from past 2 days. I heard they have the habit of ghosting out candidates after selecting them in all rounds.

As a Sr BA, its more into project management if you are in delivery. Learning curve is steep. If you are not a quick learner, you might feel some bumps.
