How does the culture compare between Accenture Federal Services and Deloitte GPS? Which is a more difficult and competitive environment to work in?

Hi guys, I am a UI developer with 4.8 YOE and my cctc is 15.57 lpa where 12.87 is fixed. What would be your suggestions while looking for a job change and how much salary should I aim for? My entire experience has been in ReactJs and Angular and I am looking for a role in ReactJS.

3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.
Expecting an offer from both Deloitte India and Capgemini.
Deloitte India - Senior Consultant
Capgemini - Associate Consultant

Capgemini has verbally promised me 9 LPA but the offer is yet to be released.
Deloitte India has not yet communicated any offer, neither verbal nor formal.

I am more inclined towards joining Deloitte India as it is a bigger position than Capgemini.

Am I on the right track?

I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?
