Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Less than S& or Parthenon, same as new Deloitte, more than KPMG
Having worked across both S& and Accenture Strat, I can validate that exit opps aren’t necessarily better at S&, just different (usually more strategy or PE focused). That being said, S& usually has better exits to MBB than ACN as many people do lateral, even at the manager and above level.
Compensation is significantly higher at S&, but WLB is worse - not because of bad management , but because the nature of the work is quite different.
Depends on the industry and function. I imagine they place better in tech given Accenture’s digital focus. I would do a LinkedIn search.
There are plenty of people here that would tout how great their T2 firm is, but I haven’t seen a ton of great exits from S& at the manager and up level. I’ve a few leave for other firms or start ups, but it’s hard to say if those exits are primarily due to their S& experience or their MBA.
Yeah that’s why I’m thinking MBA. Hoping to get M7 and maybe get into MBB
But eventually planning to exit consulting by SM probably
Depends what your experience was beforehand. Generally Accenture strat will be on par with B4. S& used to have better opportunities but this has become less the further away they are from the Booz acquisition, most of the top talent left
Depends on the practice. I've had some colleagues leave to FB, Google, MSFT, and other pretty solid positions/firms. If you do really well at what you do, and are able to showcase that, then the prestige of your prior employer really doesn't matter as much
