Due to personal reason left job at end of 2020.
Trained in SAP FICO, now trying for certification.

Clients and partners usually ask initially; but it’s usually easier after that
In regards to recruitment, I get offers to interview and recruit people couple of times in a year. Not sure what the norm should be
I worked at EY-P and now a PM at Amazon and it is a challenge for sure.
It doesn’t get directly brought up but it is there. I see it in certain roles and assignments which means I have to out perform those who have them.
It is during whitepaper review with execs where I can equalize or exceed in perception.
Do you get the sense that those at your level who are a few years older and have MBAs point you out as someone who got out of it? Especially curious for direct promotes
