How does your firm waste your time? Mine insists on daily 15-minute standups. These meetings never consist of useful information. We just go around the room talking about the work we're doing that day, which is the same each day. Plus, these meetings somehow drag on and on and on, we're lucky if we get out in under 45 minutes. It's a miserable way to start the day.

Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else?
