How hard is it to apply for the BILT card

Hi everyone, I am interviewing for a position in the compensation practice which is under TaxAnd, and was wondering if anyone has any insights into how the work is and what comp is like. Thanks in advance!

I feel like in our school they are asking more and more of aides and other staff with no certification (beyond HS diploma). Don't get me wrong I don't mind helping out but we are the lowest paid position in the district, why are we asked to fill in for everyone else with no compensation? Ive subbed in classroom and special areas... um even uncertified subs make more than me... admin insists this is happening everywhere and we need to be flexible... but is it really?!?!

Got offer and accepted but other firm that I applied ask for additional interview. Please advisd how to tell them "no" nicely ?

Need 6 Marriott nights to titanium (spend doesn’t matter). 1 - would any hotel manager cut you a deal?
