I really would love to get this fishbowl more active. And I hope it's OK to do some recruiting efforts here. I have an in-house real estate position for a Transactional real estate attorney with 3-9 years of experience. 3 days in the office and 2 remote. I wanted to network here and have this information passed around. I'm friends with the chief legal officer and it's a great company and opportunity. Please reach out: kristy@advancedlegalplacement.com 215-771-2900
Why is this bowl so cold? 😀

NZ has some of the highest creative standards in the world. So not easy.
Agree with CD2. Very high creative standards and quite a small industry. If your book is good and you have some ‘holy trinity’ awards (Cannes, D&AD, OneShow,) it’s definitely worth a shot.
CD3: The salaries are comparative in $NZ, it’s just the transfer rate that blows. But when you live anywhere, you’re earning and spending the local currency. For example: A few years agoI earned NZ$150K as an ACD in NZ then moved to NY and earned USD$150K.
OP: Many of the recruiters in Australia recruit for Kiwi agencies as a lot of Aussies head to MZ to work at some point in their careers. Plus the two markets are closely connected. Get in touch with FBI (stupid name, but they’re legit). Also try Lea Walker (based in Sydney).
