DM me - can refer you to a specialist firm - they are reverse head hunters - they work the recruiters on your behalf - really good - have placed 2 friends
Can you please provide me the contact as well? Much appreciated!
Every interview I got lined up was thru my own network. Recruiters aren’t operating at that level. You’ll have to do it yourself. Keep a list of contacts made, next steps, rank your interest, treat it like a project.
Network and outreach. I had to do it since my unit was reorganized and was in market earlier this year. It’s a tough market at senior levels. But it worked out.
Had offers from tech, and two consulting firms and numerous declines due to budget, org, and seniority basis. Random applications didn’t work at all.
Any additional advice on networking and outreach? What worked particularly well?
What role did you end up taking?

I thought McK has a strong outplacement program? Or is that only for folks below partner?
Otherwise quietly sounding out your clients and ex-colleagues and checking out their latest LinkedIn status to see if you might be interested in joining their firm or if they could put you in touch with something you’d be interested in.

Work your network, reach out to them one by one. Understand that 90% of jobs posted on LinkedIn are fake.
