What is the TC for a partner at PWC?
Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

Smart people will not let you see their social media, they’ll either mark it private or not put their own name on it and use nicknames. I’m pretty high level and perfect record, but if you were to look for me online you’d come up with nothing.
Social media matters more than people think. We’re not out here stalking your brunch pics, but we do glance at LinkedIn and sometimes other platforms to get a sense of how you present yourself. Red flags like trashing past employers? That’ll stick. Just be mindful, not paranoid.
What do you mean? Should you check the person you are hiring on social media? Well, if this is the question. I would say its not a must, but helps you learn more about the person. Most people share everything online nowadays, so you can avoid problems by taking a quick look if anything looks or sounds off about the person. I used to confirm my feelings about the person.
LI helped me get my last 2 gigs. 😊
That's amazing!
Social media is very important in the hiring process, especially LinkedIn. You ALWAYS want a fully optimized LinkedIn profile that accurately highlights your hard skills and experience. You'll also want to consistently post in your LinkedIn feed. Make sure what you're posting is relevant to your industry and skills and that it contains your own thoughts. These strategies will help you appear in recruiter search results on LinkedIn. I hope that helps!
