I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

Please help me in choosing one out of both of these.

Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. Received the offer from EY for M role, on call and email on Wednesday and also received a mail from the partner about it. Told them I will be accepting the offer. Had another offer & already received their contract , now I don't want to say no to the other firm before I sign the contract with EY. Which I am being told will only be ready next week.
