I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

P4 Is not architect level. In LTIMINDTREE.
P5 or P6 is architect.
Looking at your profile - if you are currently being manager and joining an architect position in LTIM - is just like you are valuing less yourself.
If hike is the only aim, then you are welcome to LTIM, but I suggest have other offers as manager too.
The work life balance totally depends upon project so cannot comment on it.
And who knows I might really learn and grow well here, might make good connections, enjoy this new role providing me learning opportunity (might be a downgrade of my manager role) but thats ok if I can hone my skills. Hoping for a bright future and want to really start on a positive note!
