I have a current CTC of 6.6 and Mastercard is offering 8.9 (including variable ) . I also have an offer from infosys of 10 ( including variable). Which one should I pick considering work life balance and appraisal.My entire doubt is that will they bring me on market rate after appraisals as currently they are not offering very good hike.

That said, I love my Sony mirrorless and just wish that I got to use it more often. Having my phone with me always makes me pick that up more often since it’s not usually a planned photography/filming session
I have a 15 Pro Max and love it. I have a Sony mirrorless as well. I always have my phone on me and use that 99% of the time. I am an avid amateur photographer. I have also put about 40 of my favorite travel photos on canvas, all done on various IPhones and they come out awesome.
What are you wanting to use it for primarily? Also, there are a lot of settings on the iPhone camera that can unlock new quality and features. However the stabilized video abilities of the new iPhones is impressive, similar to a GoPro for video
I want to take good quality photos of my family, with print quality. With the iphone I struggle with the zoom mostly - quality is not good when I take photos of kids in recitals or other events. I also love street photography. iphone might be enough for most things, I don’t know the 15pro or pro max would solve the zoom issue in the quality I want though.
I have no problem with the zoom, it’s not going to give you super long range like long zoom lenses will, but I haven’t had issues and I do landscape portraits and some wildlife. portraits and
How much do you want to lug around? iPhone 15 Pro is much better than 10/11 (especially for video). I'm still using 12 Pro-Max and it works well but lacks the cinematic features of the newer iPhones. A mirrorless will give you fast and accurate focus and lens versatility the iPhone will not. Also note, the iPhone is primarily designed for photographing/videoing people. A mirrorless is more subject agnostic, but tracks faces really well!
