How is level for a role is decided? Is it based on years of experience? Like for example Partner Solutions Architect, Cloud Solutions Architect role how is the level decided like L62, L63 etc.

Newly barred attorney here of almost a year. Looking to maybe ditching the “traditional” attorney/bar licensure track and going into other areas where JD degrees/lawyers are preferred. Anyone have experience with this untraditional track?

For those of you who got out at 10, do you wish that you rode it out to 20? I’m at a crossroad and I’m not sure what to do.
