Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge. On the weekends, same responsibilities but 7a-7p. We don't get any additional pay for being in charge and I'm sick of the added responsibility and stress of it.

I'm a third year plaintiff's employment law attorney and I'm looking to move to defense, preferably still in employment law. I joined EY in January. Had no work all of January, but was busy for February and some of March. I have been unassigned for about 4 weeks now, sending availability emails to all of the service lines we are allowed to reach out to for work. Tax senior with CPA at small firm. Best way to get to Big 4 audit? (LA or OC) Went to non-target so little to no alumni at B4. I don’t mind the switch to a lower title since audit was always my preference and was never a fan of tax (stayed local for family).
