How is Radisys compare to Capgemini , considering same CTC is offered in both the companies. I am unable to decide between both of them. Radisys can extend the offer and increase to some extent if I try further. I am inclined towards joining Capgemini as it is MNC and I expect better Values and Culture. Wats your take guys ? I don't like hybrid model as it works for those who are locals of same city where the office is . For me i have to leave my parents, hometown and travel 2000kms to Bangalore for joining office how it is hybrid for me ? I still worry about myself and family health not sure about COVID.
