When does we get the email for BGV? Is it before the offer letter or after the offer letter?

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

How much time it takes for BGV to complete in Optum? Mine is in progress from 45 days. Is it normal?

Tomorrow is my LWD. Till now I have only got a mail from HR saying congrats and salary annexure attached.
HireRight bgv was also started 8 days ago.

The HR keeps saying you will recieve it today EOD everyday, but no offer letter till now.

I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
