Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

I think the DDV culture is good - I’ve made a lot of friends in the group and feel the Ps & Ds are supportive. The teams expectations are high and WLB is not great (but not as high or not great as our strategy consultant friends). Expect a good week to be 50 hours, an average week to be 60 hours, and a bad week to be 80 hours including weekend work. People overemphasize how much PMO work is done, but we certainly do a lot of it. In terms of exit opportunities, I have seen people exit into: i.) boutique strategy consulting firms and ii.) corporate m&a roles (typical integration leads). I’ve also seen a few move internally, including one to Strategy&. Another consideration is B-school - I’ve seen many get into good schools, including Harvard.
PwC 1 description is very accurate
Culture is very office dependent, I’ve not heard great things about the NY office but know they do a lot of DD work. Pre-Covid there was a push to be in office as often as possible but not sure how that has changed now. Worked with some very smart people in the practice overall. Like P1 said, WLB can be brutal but it’s also what you make of it. Set clear boundaries and do quality work and you can make it as flexible as you need. For ex, a few years ago I was able to visit at least 1 country on every continent except Antarctica. I always wanted to do that trip and made it work, prob set me back a year on promo but would I do it again? Absof*cknlutely
Exit Ops are great, you will have an abundance of recruiters reaching out for your M&A experience including MBB. However, I have seen a lot of diversity. PE, internal M&A, PM, grad school/ PhD, start up, entrepreneur, neuroscientist. The world is your oyster
Thanks for sharing. Very helpful information!!
