Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be. A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year. The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
