I have been selected for senior engineer role at nagarro. I was hired for Full stack role (MEAN Stack). My joining is next month - Nov. I have no friends here and I don't know how is the culture and WLB at Nagarro. Please help me out. Also I have been reading many -ve comments regarding bench and firing. Is it true? Should I still look out for better ?

In short - I am very confused and nervous.

What's the minimum days/ years that one should have worked in order to receive the gratuity at Nagarro?
Do we get the amount in full that was deducted or do they give a fixed amount?

I have offers from Chubb, Legato and IQVIA. CTC almost similar. Which one would be a better option considering better wlb, job security and wfh flexibility.

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this? I'm a youth leader at one of our local churches and I often talk to students who attend church about the services we have or suggest they should bring people.
Additionally, I have also started posting short videos on my instagram where I give a little encouraging message usually accompanied by a bible verse. Just a little something to show Jesus to students.
